* Au present perfect, le groupe verbal est composé de l'auxiliaire have au présent suivi d'un verbe au participe passé ( exemple : taken ).
Dans la phrase ( B ) have est employé deux fois : comme auxiliaire, et comme verbe exprimant la possession, au participe passé.
Le participe passé des verbes irréguliers, comme leur prétérit doit s'apprendre par coeur. Quand tu hésites, ou pour réviser, consulte la liste pages 160 - 161.
Le present perfect permet d'envisager ou d'interroger sur un fait du passé ( take care of dogs / have dogs at home ) selon une perspective présente : ce qui est important, c'est ce qu'on constate au moment présent, au moment où l'on parle.
C'est pour cela :
- qu'on ne trouve jamais d'indications temporelles précises, datées, dans les phrases au present perfect.
- qu'on emploie fréquemment le present perfect avec des adverbes qui font un lien entre le passé et le présent, par exemple never et always. Ces adverbes ce placent avant le participe passé.
